Reports panel

The Reports panel is the read-only summary of the current result.

Site reports

Plot area

Area of the imported site boundary.

Buildings

Number of generated buildings in the current massing result.

Footprints

Total ground-level building footprint area in square meters.

Coverage

Percentage of the plot occupied by building footprint.

Floors

Range of floors present across the generated buildings.

Height

Generated building-height range in meters.

Building depth

Pass/fail indicator showing whether building depth satisfies the active depth target.

FAR

Floor-area ratio: gross building area divided by plot area.

GBA

Gross building area across all floors.

Buildings (minimum distance between)

Smallest measured building-to-building distance in the generated result.

Buildings & Surroundings

Pass/fail indicator showing whether the massing respects required distance from surrounding objects.

Facade area under Direct Sunlight Sufficiency

Percentage of evaluated facade area that meets the direct sunlight target.

Facade area under Daylight Factor Sufficiency

Average daylight-factor performance reported as a percentage for the evaluated facade set.

Open energy report

Link to a separate energy-efficiency report for the generated result.

Total Volume

Total massing volume in cubic meters.

Informed spaces reports

Each informed space gets its own block.

Name

The informed-space object name.

Footprint → Total

Plan area of the informed space.

Footprint → Overlap with massing

Shared plan area between the informed space and generated massing.

Footprint → Covered by massing

Percentage of the informed-space plan area overlapped by massing.

Footprint → Massing covered

Percentage of the massing plan area overlapped by that informed space.

Volume → Total

Total informed-space volume.

Volume → Overlap with massing

Shared volume between the informed space and generated massing.

Volume → Occupied by massing

Percentage of informed-space volume occupied by massing.

Volume → Massing occupied

Percentage of massing volume occupied by that informed space.

Sections reports

Shown when section results exist.

Footprint

Total built section footprint on site. If sections are selected, the panel also shows the selected sum.

Coverage

Site coverage produced by sections. If sections are selected, the panel also shows selected coverage.

GBA

Gross building area from section results.

NSA

Net selling area from section results.

NSA to GBA

Share of gross building area that becomes net selling area.

Building Height

Combined selected section height when one or more sections are selected.

Apartments reports

Livable area

Net apartment area classified as livable.

Non-livable area

Built apartment area that is not counted as livable.

Efficiency

Livable area divided by built apartment area.

Apartment mix reports

For each apartment category, the report shows:

• category name,
• apartment count,
• achieved percentage,
• and the target percentage.

Use it to compare the produced mix against the requested mix.

Parking reports

Required parking spaces

Total parking spaces required from the apartment result and parking-per-unit settings.
