How to generate flatmix and floors

Use this guide when sections are ready and you want a floor/apartment result.

Prepare the Floor stage

1. Confirm the section result is acceptable.
2. Switch to Floor.
3. Open Generative Algorithm Settings.

Set apartment mix first

1. In Apartment mix, enable only the apartment categories you want to allow.
2. Enter the target percentage for each enabled category.
3. Check that the requested mix reflects the project you are testing.

Set parking second

1. Open Parking per unit.
2. Set required parking spaces for each apartment category you kept enabled.

Run the floor generation

1. Start floor generation.
2. Wait for the run to finish.
3. Open Reports → Apartments, Apartment mix, and Parking.

Keep or reject the result quickly

Keep the result only if these are acceptable:

• Livable area
• Non-livable area
• Efficiency
• apartment mix counts and percentages
• Required parking spaces

If the mix is wrong

• Change enabled categories before you rerun.
• Change target percentages before you rerun.
• Change parking values only when the parking requirement is the problem.

Use Algorithm settings and Reports panel when you need exact field meanings.
